The rules of this space
Privacy and cookies
The story may be mystical. The rules for processing personal data should be clear. Below, we explain what we store, why, and what rights you have.
01 · General information
Data controller and contact
This policy applies to kybalion.pro. The controller of personal data is Asaria Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at pl. Wolności 4, 59-220 Legnica, Poland.
For questions about the project and personal data, contact us at kybalion@kybalion.pro.
02 · Data collected
What may be stored
The website processes only data needed for the following functions:
- the email address you voluntarily provide in the Kybalion Circle form;
- the language and the place on the website where you signed up;
- the signup date and confirmation of your consent;
- technical server information, such as the request time, IP address, browser type, and requested page address.
The form does not ask for your first or last name, postal address, phone number, or payment details.
03 · Purpose and legal basis
Why we process data
Contact about the project
We use your email address to send information about new materials, music, editions, and events relating to Kybalion 2.0. The scope of the messages follows the consent you give when signing up. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
Security and proper operation
Technical data may be processed to secure the website, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and establish, pursue, or defend legal claims. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
04 · The Kybalion Circle
Signing up is voluntary
You can use the website without signing up. If you join the Kybalion Circle, you may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing kybalion@kybalion.pro. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We retain signup data until you withdraw consent, project communications end, or the data is no longer useful. A limited set of information may then be retained until the applicable limitation period for claims expires, where needed to demonstrate that the controller acted properly.
05 · Data recipients
Who may support the website
Data may be accessed only by parties needed for the operation of the project:
- hosting, server, and email providers;
- people authorized to operate the Kybalion 2.0 project;
- technical, legal, or security service providers, only to the extent necessary;
- public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell data or use the signup list to create advertising profiles. If a service provider requires a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it will take place only with a safeguard provided for by the GDPR.
06 · Your rights
You remain in control
Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
- request data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Current information is available at uodo.gov.pl.
07 · Cookies and similar technologies
This gate remembers very little
At the time of publication, the website does not use analytics, advertising, or remarketing cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or session recording.
When you dismiss the cookie notice, your browser saves a local storage key named kybalion_cookie_notice_v1. Its only purpose is to prevent the notice from appearing on every visit. It contains no email address or advertising identifier.
You can delete this storage in your browser settings. Blocking it does not prevent access to the website, but may cause the notice to reappear. If analytics or marketing tools requiring consent are introduced in the future, they will not run before consent is given, and this policy will be updated.
08 · Logs and security
How we protect data
The connection to the website is protected by HTTPS encryption. Access to data is limited to the people and services that need it for the purposes described above. The server may maintain technical logs needed to administer, secure, and diagnose the website.
The Kybalion Circle email list is stored outside the website's public directory. The form limits request size, rejects disallowed origins, and uses file locking to prevent simultaneous submissions from corrupting data.
This policy may change if website functions, technology providers, or applicable laws change. The current version will always be available at this address.
